Service Description

​Breathing Space: Gentle Release and Strengthen This 60-minute yoga class will support you gently to release long-held and habitual tensions in the whole of you -- body, mind, and spirit -- while at the same time inviting you into the gentle and mindful building of strength and resilience. No yoga experience necessary. Come as you are, and we will meet each other right there. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have a yoga mat, bring that. We will have extra mats available if you do not. A foldable blanket or thick towel can be really helpful too. This chair class is better suited for those with mobility issues and/or extreme tightness, or if you would just be more comfortable here. If paying the full amount upfront is a challenge, please email Julia at julia@incarnationalgrace.com directly. We can reserve your spot and make alternative payment arrangements. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the first class via email for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows.
