Wellspring is a multi-partner, multi-year development focused on catalyzing downtown Arlington as a place where a variety of people cross paths and share life.  Beginning with a dream in 2019, the Wellspring team has interconnected a variety of partners including the Project for Public Spaces, Brookings Institution's Bass Center for Transformative Placemaking, Duvall-Decker Architects, City of Arlington, The Episcopal Diocese of Texas, the Arlington Museum of Art, All Souls Episcopal Church, and a master developer.
